Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Brunnings Garden Products Pty. Ltd (ABN 49 050 655 760) provides the following guarantee in relation to its products.

60 Day Guarantee

We offer to provide replacement seed or to refund your purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with the results obtained from our products within 60 days from the date of purchase.

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by Australian State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods which cannot be so excluded, restricted or modified.

How to claim

In order to claim, simply write to us at the address listed below to explain the problem. Enclose your empty product pack and proof of purchase. You must bear the cost of making the claim, including postage.

We may request further information (such as photographs and details surrounding your use of the product).

If you have used the product in accordance with our recommendations and instructions, our representatives will then contact you to organise replacement seed or to refund your purchase price.


We make no express warranties or representations other than as set out in this Guarantee. The replacement of the product or the refund of the purchase price is the absolute limit of our liability under Guarantee.
